Heyday Skateboarding was established in May 2002 by Cameron Bailey. The site featured detailed trick tips, articles, amateur skateboard pictures, and video clips.
In August 2006 the site expanded to include a regularly updated blog, and began hosting skateboarding clips from around the world. Throughout 2006, Heyday was viewed by over a thousand people daily.
In June 2007, Heyday starting using Wordpress as it’s main content management system and invited others to join in as contributing bloggers.
